Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests for the following reasons:
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• The item does not match the product description
To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of
receiving your order.
How to Request a Return

Subject line: Return Request – Order #[your order number]
Please include:
1. Your order number
2. A description of the issue
3. Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
We will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If the item is defective or incorrect, you will NOT be required to return the item — we'll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
• Requests made after 30 days of delivery
