Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at hello@woofwowgt.store with your order number and a photo — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no hassle.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
